I’m Josh Merlene. I started out pulling water out of flooded homes and walking people through the insurance fight so they got paid what they were owed. Somewhere in there I figured out the actual job was never the water. The job was taking a problem off somebody’s plate and handing it back solved.
Turns out small business owners need that just as much as homeowners do. A phone nobody answers. A website that makes you cringe. Leads slipping away while you’re on a ladder or under a sink. Same kind of problem, so we started solving those too.
So now it’s one company, for one reason: whatever it is, we’re the people you call. Mitigation is the whole idea. We make the problem smaller, hands-on or with a tool we build for you, and a real family’s name is on every single job. Which means when I tell you we’ll make it right, my last name is the promise.
